CFR Freight have notified that because of the recent Transnet ICT system downtime, vessel scheduling, capacity and export cargo has been negatively affected. This is especially the case for those vessels with voyages to the USA, hence CFR Freight has implemented a temporary congestion surcharge for the month of August at a quantum of US$5.00 w/m.
