New statutory requirements for cotton importers and exporters
Please be aware of new statutory requirements imposed on importers and exporters of cotton as published in the attached Government Gazettes by the Minister of Agriculture. All parties trading in cotton are now required to register with Cotton South Africa NPC and to submit monthly returns reflecting quantities and origin/destination of cotton traded.
