The following Notices has been received:
- Notice 3694 – Anti-Dumping Investigation (Colour-Coated Steel from China). ITAC has initiated an anti-dumping investigation into colour-coated flat-rolled steel products imported from China, following allegations of dumping. Importers and exporters may be required to complete questionnaires and should confirm with ITAC whether they are listed as interested parties.
- Notice 3695 – Sunset Review (Steel Ropes & Cables from Germany and the UK). ITAC has commenced a sunset review of anti-dumping duties on steel wire ropes and cables over 32 mm imported from Germany and the UK, after claims that removing the duties would harm the SACU industry. Interested parties are invited to submit representations.
- Notice 3696 – Correction to Steel Tariff Review & Import Surveillance Investigation. ITAC has issued a correction to List 07 of 2025, confirming that the correct reference is List 09 of 2025, and removing two HS codes included in error. Stakeholders have two weeks to submit representations.
