Invoice Declaration Requirements under the EU-South Africa Trade Agreement

To qualify for preferential tariffs under the EU–South Africa Trade Agreement, exporters must include a correctly worded invoice declaration as prescribed in Annexure IV of Protocol 1 of the EU–South Africa Trade, Development and Cooperation Agreement (TDCA).
