Notice 5854: Amendment to Chapter 30 – Insertion of Additional Notes 2 and 3 regarding the classification of herbal and homeopathic medicinal preparations.
New Subheadings Introduced:
3004.90.20 – Other, containing minerals, essential amino acids, or fatty acids.
3004.90.30 – Other, herbal or homeopathic preparations.
Duty Change: Products under these subheadings now qualify for duty-free status.
