Kindly note some key highlights from Maersk’s weekly service update for week 43:

Santa Isabel 214N – Algeciras – Omission:

  • Due to ongoing delays along South African coast, Santa Isabel will omit Algeciras north bound.
  • Export cargo will be retained onboard for the second Algeciras call on November 15th.

Aldi Wave – Port Elizabeth & Reunion – Phase Out / Omission:

  • The Aldi Wave will be phasing out omitting Port Elizabeth in addition to the Port of Reunion. The vessel will still call Durban.
  • All export cargo from Durban and Reunion with also be transferred to the Glacier Bay 144N.

Maersk Visby – Cape Town – Change of Terminal:

  • Maersk Visby 141S / 145N will call Cape Town Container Terminal instead of the Multi-Purpose Terminal.
  • To safeguard the terminals fluidity kindly ensure imports are collected at the earliest convenience.
